Congratulations to Marwan Abdou Ahmed on successfully securing funding for two Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Networks:
- “TRADES” (as initiator and coordinator), and
- “HiPOVor” (as co-initiator and partner).
Funded by the European Commission, each network will train 15 PhD candidates, with the University of Stuttgart receiving 7 PhD positions: 5 hosted at IFSW, and 2 at ITO (Institute of Applied Optics).
The program officially begins on January 1, 2026, with the cohort starting in the summer of 2026.
