The goal is to be able to maintain a close and confidential exchange on common topics through a national network.
Besides the idea of sharing knowledge and insights, the network supports employees of universities to set up and professionalize a complaint and improvement management as well as Ombuds Offices.
The BeVeOm network wants to support German universities to create and maintain a culture of fairness and to strengthen members of the individual universities through expertise and peer exchange.
